Giant Jaffa

My hubby doesn't like cakes, but he *loves* Jaffa Cake biscuits, so for Father's Day the kids and I decided to make him a giant Jaffa Cake.

We used a flan base, some orange jelly (no cold water added so it's stiffer!) set in a thin circle and melted dark chocolate over the top, all set in the fridge. We gave him it today as we're busy all day Sunday and I couldn't work out when we'd do it. So after school today we got stuck in and made a right mess!

Daddy was very pleased with the end result though :)
