is French for exeptional transport. You'll see it on a lot of trucks in Europe and nobody can give me a decent answer why this text is in the French language on a Dutch truck in the Netherlands. Nevertheless; I guess you can call this a Convoi Exeptionnel too. It is the submergible heavy lift carrier STX Rose I and believe it or not, but Rose is not a rose but stands for : Rendezvous On the Sea for Erection. The vessel is specially built for transporting heavy and ultrabig segments of new constructed vessels. It can easily transport blocks up to a weight of 7500 tons. Here you see her stern in a different mode; transporting barges and other small vessels bound for Singapore. No doubt she is very effective in her business, but the name! Rendez Vous for Erection? I can't believe it.
