Sauce Box

Fun day today - went down to PDX with J&G and started off with lunch at Pok Pok - we had a veritable feast and some tasty cocktails and beers. We had some Beer Lao, Tamarind Whiskey Sour, Rhubarb Blush and some seasonal cocktails (The King & I and something else....).

After wards us girls split off and went shopping for a few hours while the guys went to drink some more.

We met up a little while later at Park Kitchen for some happy hour drinks and some snacks before dinner.

Headed back to our hotel to freshen up and change before dinner at Little Bird Bistro. This place was supposed to be one of the highlights of the trip, but we were highly disappointed. We had mediocre service & mediocre food for full price :/

We finished off the evening at the Sauce Box. I had a cocktail served in a whole coconut (which I definitely didn't need at this point), while G had a cocktail served in a serious tiki-head goblet.

Overall we had a fun filled day, but I was happy to sleep in the most comfortable bed at Hotel Deluxe.
