This is the view from the restaurant in East Kilbride where we decided to have the funeral tea for Mum next week. Today has been a funny old kind of day - Mum dying just after midnight and all the hospital stuff to do, then a time of reflection at my brothers and a bottle or two of wine to make it seem easier, a meeting at the Funeral parlour and then to choose a restaurant for the meal after the crematorium.
