We can stand him
Today Baby started well, putting in a great performance at swimming. He does all the safety stuff really well now and is not getting as annoyed with the under water swims now. Well at least he doesn't spend the whole lesson sounding like an droning siren anymore anyway. Toddler did not fair as well as she was a little off colour and so did not go swimming, her voice though seemed a little better than last night.
It seems like Southsea was the only place in the country where it did not rain today which was lucky as it was having a food festival. It was ok really but I do find it odd that you gennerally get a lot of noodles at food festivals. The other problem is that eveyone sells stuff that is expensive and large portions. Surely what you want is lots of small portions for less money meaning you can try more of what is on offer across the whole festival instead of having one load of falafal and not being able to eat anything else. It was good falafal though.
Strangely there was also a petting farm at the festival. Doesn't seem right to me, having a petting farm at a food festival just yards from a hog roast. I did get a good picture of a pig though, which did not make the cut today(thankfully nor did the pig).
We managed to get back home before a bit of rain hit and just messed about in the house. Toddler woke from a buggy nap and was very very grumpy, before completely finding her voice again, whilst Baby charged about with a walker.
Over the last week or so he has started to stand unaided for the odd moment and today I final captured him doing it. So it will probably not be long till he is walking about all over the place getting into even more stuff. I am not sure how Bruce the cat will handle this.
