The Italian Job

The Boy, The Husband and I had a ride over the hill and down the other side to Preston St. Little Italy where Italian Weekend was happening.
It doesn't really get going until the evening when they close the street off to cars but there was still lots of good people watching to be had and ice cream eating for The Boy.
Many moons ago when I worked here it was the busiest weekend of the year and usually swelteringly hot but you made up for it in tips.
