Meringue snowman

Whilst whisking egg-whites to make sorbet I decided to build a meringue-man. I think he's rather lovely.

I have about £10 to last a week and a half so i've made sorbet, will make jelly tomorrow and I should have enough treats to last me :)

I think the sorbet may be very rummy too, so it counts as a pudding and a beverage. Perfect.
