Poppies

Jacqui and I went for a cycle ride to Benson this morning. 27 miles, so we're progressing towards the aim of being fit for 60 miles on 23rd June (Oxford to Stratford) Jacqui's cruciate repair has put her out of action for a few weeks, and I have suffered from a sudden and prolonged bout of unmotivatitis. So it's back in the saddle and we both loved getting out and about again.

Why cycle to Benson?

Because it has a tea room by the Thames and they do very good tea and cake! Why else?

PS I know the horizon is a bit skew here but that's how it looked to me after we'd just cycled up an enormous hill!
