Day 1 Breakfast

Starting the low calorie- high protein today! I might have some ups and downs but I will upload photos of everything I eat whether it be healthy (or not) daily!

Breakfast- the whites of 2 boiled eggs, a piece of toast, cabbage (uncooked) and tofu with soy sauce seasoning (yum!)

Relatively filling :)
