Fathers Day

A card from my daughter in London along with some creams and sun factor (I wish!) to slap on various bits of me before, during and after next weekend's 4 Abbeys cycle tour in the Scottish Borders. (Look at the hill profile. I'm bricking it!)

The message adds that maybe she and I will be able to cycle through Hyde Park together. I'd like that.
