Not just a paddling pool

This is one of the young people at Church, Alice, being baptised by full imersion. She's about to be tipped backwards in the water 3 times.

I baptise you in the name of the Father (dunk)
The son (dunk)
And the Holy Spirit (dunk, followed by huge round of applause and cheers from us friends and youth leaders)

She's being supported by our Curate, Ken and her Father, Rob. (Jonathan our musical director is being sound man!). Her sister and two brothers were also baptised the same way this morning. It was a packed Church as 2 others were also baptised (just water over the head) and about 10 youngsters took communion for the first time. It was a busy ole service !
