i am and i did and i felt thoroughly appreciated which was very pleasant indeed

what a great 7 months i've had at work. i've learned loads, had lots of new experiences, worked with lovely new colleagues, and felt part of something creative. i feel like i'm in a very different place mentally to where i was last august before i started my secondment.

cb1 arrived back from her school trip. pale, exhausted but happy. the remains of tuesday's lunch were still in her small backpack, wednesday's swimming costume was there too and the new jacket was missing. unfortunately i told her i'd have to eat her if it didnt come home.

mr skg fine tuning his masterpiece while i blip. the cousin ex-blippers arrive tomorrow which is good news for music makers and general feelings of family connectedness.
