Still on the same general theme as my last two blips. Log tables a necessary aid once supplied to candidates in all examinations which involved calculation - maths, physics, chemistry. I kept my copy for years after log tables fell into disuse because over 75% of this particular edition was taken up with various physical constants and other tables.
