Jumbo

This is the view of Colchester from my office, I think the new houses look quite toy-town like with the big ancient water tower looming over them!

Jumbo stands on the site of one of the Roman gates to the town and is Englands's largest Victorian water tower. It was sold a few years ago with the intention of being turned into apartments but nothing has really happened. Ideally it would be great if the top floor could be opened as a viewing platform but quite unlikely..
