summer meadow

Armed with an umbrella, camera, tennis ball and launcher, I wandered around the meadow that has been allowed to establish on the Mill Field. The dogs spent a happy half hour finding the ball in amongst the long grass and flowers until sadly I threw them a challenge that was beyond their grasp - the ball landed on an 'island' of rushes in the middle of the river!
