Autumn berries

Awful weather today, cold grey damp and bleak, so this was a bright spot of colour - and I needed cheering up having had a very frustrating day trying to do things - firms no longer there, places closed, even the library was shut again, after I did the walk up there, through the mud, water, and holes etc.

Still at least I have a warm house to go home to and power sewer and water, even if we do have to boil it. Everything just seems more depressing in this weather.

And seeing the rubble lying on the roads in the central city where it fell nearly a year ago doesn't fill one with confidence that anything will get better an time soon.
