Water of Leith Visitor Centre

A birthday party at The Water of Leith Conservation Trust, visitor centre.
A great place for a birthday party. Kids build boats out of household junk and race them down the river. Throw in a bug hunt and a super microscope and you've got some pretty happy kids.

Prior to this we had taken a walk along to Holyrood Park to feed the swans (or in Lola's case - memorise their serial numbers) and watch lots of middle aged women, dressed in pink, taking oxygen and looking a bit green after the Race for life event. Zumba-tastic.
