The Acropolis

In the morning we went on an excursion to the New Acropolis Museum in Athens. This museum contains all the ancient greek artefacts that they found on the Acropolis hill. Except of course all the stuff that was taken to the British Museum in London, of which the guide reminded us time and time again. :) They are hoping that the British Museum will give everything back to Greece and that they can show them in their museum.

In the afternoon we took the catemaran ferry to the island Hydra. The island is simply amazing!
