Bakin'

Lovely day making the Hummingbird Bakery's "Coconut Jam Sandwich Bars". I managed to destroy a pan in the process but they are beyond tasty. Also began some serious budgeting for the next month...I calculated that if I stay in my house for the next few weeks, I might just be able to get some new clothes and have enough spending money for T in the Park. Most people are desperate for a job right now but I think I'm almost too lazy to want one...

Parents are off to London and Exeter tomorrow until Friday so I'm on dog caring duty all week.
