...everybody needs good neighbours.

That said I don't recall Joe MAngel ever greeting Des and Daphne like this...

Actually we've got lots of good neighbours, but we're not going to have these ones for much longer. Scott and Carla have just sold their house and are moving to Florida in less than a month. While we'll miss them I'm delighted for them too as they've had a place in Florida and their house has been on the market since February. The wait, knowing they were all ready to start their new life must have been enormously frustrating. They sold their house a week ago though and the flights and removal are all booked.

Pretty productive day today. Got all my key paperwork finished up and was able to leave early enough to pop into blipcentral after work for a bit. After that bumped into someone I'd only seen once in the last few years on the bus and completely forgot to blip them.

Got home and chatted to Scott and Carla for a bit, then had a chat with Johnny and Graeme for a bit about how the shower room's coming along (it's really starting to take shape) then finally settled down to watch the start of Andy Murray's Wimbledon campaign. All in all a good Monday.
