RAIN OR SHINE

...OR you could simply have both at the same time. It poured like you see in the picture for a good 20 minutes straight with the sun shining the entire time. In a province where we have had an extremely wet spring there was no where for the water to go other than the streets. Okay....enough...will somebody please turn off the tap!!
