Horrible tea

Did I say horrible? I mean herbal. I went to see a herbalist today. I just don't feel healthy yet. I was told of a friend that had labyrinthitis, which went away after a day of homeopathic medicine. So off I went to see the lovely Helen. She sat with me for 45 minutes, assessing my whole lifestyle. Before making me up a George's marvellous medicine style cocktail, and some iron, and instructions of what to eat. It is amazing really, that the questions she asked made me see where the health improvements need to be in my life, but it is just difficult to see until you talk about them with someone. So. Green herby stuff, more sleep, more water, less wine, less coffee and to find a way to relax on my own, workless and childless. At least once a day. (does anyone have that time?!)

So.... Hopefully after all this I will be back to my old self in a week or so. I will not drink... I will not drink.... ;-)


Well..... That was about it for my day off. Other than a nursery meeting that confirmed my wee pal is indeed a little diamond. No negative feedback at all. She even got special art homework just for her since we enjoyed the last lot so much. :-)
