Going Wrong

Dear Diary - You need to get a grip woman, 1/2lb on at Fat Club tonight is not good, that isnt the way to go, so after my evening out tomorrow, back to basics, need to read the book again, as I think I have become complacent with it, and not recording everything that is going in, probably in denial.
