Door Spring

An HDR taken from an old door at the Clinton Wool factory that was built in 1867. Parts of the building were burnt down so I can't be sure how old this scene is...

A warm and humid mostly, first day of summer.

Caution Tech Stuff:

After attaching the camera to a gate I took this 3 shot HDR. In Photoshop I made a copy of the background layer and performed a lens blur to it with a radius of 35. Blended the two layers together setting the top or blur layer to 50% opacity and set the blend mode to Soft Light. Then I sharpened the original background layer. It looked more interesting blown up so I made a crop of a much smaller section than the original shot...
