Treats

Possibly my favorite candy in the world: pates de fruits from France. It's fruit paste, lightly coated in coarse sugar, each morsel a pure burst of flavor of an individual fruit [massive sugar high guaranteed if you eat more than two, which of course, I always do.]

Nice end of the day with a leisurely dinner at my favorite Spanish restaurant in D.C., catching up with out of town colleagues from various companies across the States. I'm hosting a day-long meeting with them tomorrow at my workplace. Looking forward to it! :)
