Terminal 5.. Don't Believe the Hype..

I could not believe 'the management's' audacity when I arrived at terminal 5 this morning.. I mean putting up these enormous signs was in no way going to rescue the shambolic situation with mounds of luggage...

No seriously this is my favourite German DIY store.. UK Equivalent B&Q.

But when I go in it doesn't make me say or think 'WOW'...
