day 2 (so far so good)

Day 2 of the picture taking.

This is the dirty broom on my porch, I was sitting outside this morning before work and I looked at this broom and thought ?what good would it be to sweep something with a dirty broom? and then started thinking about that as an analogy for my life.

Sometimes I try to ?clean up? my life with a dirty broom per say, like with unhealthy coping methods and such. Of course nothing really gets clean. Although it looks like I?m sweeping away the dirt and bad stuff I?m just putting a different type of ?dirt? onto it.Then I sit and wonder why my life is still a mess. I realized today that I need to change my method of cleaning. Which will happen!
