I decided I'd finally try making tiramisù today as I'd been planning it for ages.

Eggs didn't want to co-operate, though, as the yolks kept breaking when I tried to separate them from the whites. Not sure if that was the reason the whites remained a tad on the runny side despite all the beating and whipping... Whatever the reason, it looks like we're going to need dessert bowls for tiramisù tomorrow.

Well, it's the taste that matters, anyway!
