New Shoes

I took Amelie to the shoe shop today to get her feet measured for her first proper pair of shoes.

She's been a bit of a late walker, preferring to shuffle along on her bum, so shoes haven't been much of an issue. But she's getting interested in standing now, so she needs the grip.

They stop her shuffling a bit, but I guess that's the compromise.

I was a bit surprised (and so was Amelie) when the shop keeper took out a camera and made a "my first shoes" card, but I had to blip it!!

Back to work tomorrow after a week off sick. Only 2 days till the weekend!
