Wrap A Multicoloured Ribbon...

In Chester, these look lovely and made me smile, even in the p*ssing rain. Even after a boring day of mandatory training. Yawn.

Apparently there are some festivals happening over the summer in Chester (I may have missed this!). This is called tree wrapping, and is certainly cheerful.
