Display and explanations

On my way home, I passed along the main shopping street, where many stalls have been put up for a few days until the weekend for a sale (seemingly overpriced) of regional products from all around France.
They had also installed an outdoor restaurant with a (very overpriced!) menu of dishes from Normandy. That's where I stopped for a minute, to watch this guy on the left (take notice of his tie!) who was explaining in a very lively manner to the other guy what the dishes were, where the ingredients came from, and when best to eat them!
He clearly loves this food, just look at the way he is eyeing the dish ;-)
