Flowers for mummy

For the first time today Kai picked me some flowers.
We were walking through the park when he ran into the buttercups shouting 'one for mummy, one for mummy!'
By the time he did eventually get one and run back with it, falling over a several times in between, all that was left was a couple of broken petals. They were very precious petals though!

Since learning about dandelion clocks earlier this year, Kai blows every flower he finds. None of them with as exciting a result as the dandelions though!

Kai is rarely still in one place for more than a few seconds so it was tricky to get a good photo of him today in the park where he was free to run around. This one I liked because of the buttercup shadow on his tummy
