Inverness. A classic touristy shot - the River Ness; churches galore; an old footbridge; the castle; and, oh dear, some sixties architectural monstrosities!

There was an incoming shower last night, but that was just a fine misty rain. Things were somewhat different tonight...

I managed to avoid this approaching downpour. Making it to the swimming pool as the first drops started falling. Was rained upon all the way home, with the intensity increasing substantially as my destination approached.
