Bird of Paradise

Three days of rain have left us a little stir crazy, unable to venture outside our condo. It has rained so hard that it is even difficult to sit on the patio because the rain bounces off the sidewalk and gets us wet no matter how far back we pull our chairs. The plants, however, have loved every bit of the extra moisture. They glisten a glow through the hardest of rains and put forth brilliant displays to help brighten these uncharacteristically grey and gloomy days.
