Stereo

I keep on cleaning out my closet, found this old stereoscope. My next project will be to make a stereo image...But there is a lens missing on the stereoscope I think I'll make a new one from a pair of old glasses or something.

Come to think of it A friend of mine is talking about making a telescope by hand, including polishing lenses. I might get some help from him...let see.

I guess I'll have to have two cameras, of the same sort, putting them together with a certain distance between the center of the lens...Wonder if I should buy my yet another Nikon D80 just for this purpose...I'll have to think about it for awhile.
