Saw this poppy in the garden of the Wiltshire Mind office as I was leaving today,
just had to photograph it

I had a good talk with my psychiatrist yesterday, told him that I'm unhappy about the weight gained in the last year. 2 of the medications I was on can cause weight gain, so I have stopped one but am sticking with Quetiapine for now and keeping an eye on the weight with my GP.
