Cross Country

When I was at school I hated cross country running. In fact, I still hate it. There was a fine balance between running too fast (and getting awarded a place in the school team - so more running) and running too slow (and getting spotted and made to run the course again). And it was always cold wet and muddy.

But watching other people run cross country turned out to be more fun :-)

So here's some legs for you and there some more shots from the World Cross Country Championships race in Edinburgh in the usual place.
