Snow Angel

This is the beginning of a few back blips. Not too many because it marks the beginning of a very dark time for me. I don't want to go to that place again. I hope that the few I do post will remind me of all the lessons I've learnt. Not least to be kinder and more forgiving to myself.

Today I blacked out and fell badly. As I fell I managed to hit my head twice and when I woke up my neck was very sore. Nothing for it but bed and hope that in the following days a bit of rest and relaxation would smooth things out. I certainly didn't think it would mark over six months of being unable to take pictures, let alone write my journal.
