Tents and Ceilidhs
I slept surprisingly well last night having been in a cold, slightly damp tent on lumpy ground! We didn't have much breakfast in the morning, because it was still raining, we were out of meths for the trangia and the bread was half frozen, not to mention the jam which we couldn't eat because it had exploded in the rucksack yesterday. So we had a couple of Rocky bars and Haribos.
It didn't take us nearly as long to walk back as it did to get there, but we were still a little late! Had a shower as soon as we got back to the centre and then they gave us all a cooked breakfast, mmm.
After spending the rest of the day learning lots and recovering from camping, one of the groups organised a ceilidh for the evening activity. I love ceilidhs, and there were more guys there than girls which meant I was asked to dance rather than me having to ask the guys all the time, which is what usually happens! Had a brilliant time.
The photo is of the bridge next to our campsite at Bynack Stable.
