Pendeen to St Ives

I'm not long back from a 14 mile, reeeeally difficult coastal walk from Pendeen to St Ives. Stunning cliffs and scenery but it's hard going. And I was marched the length of it I tell you. I'm quite a keen walker but my friends that are visiting for a long weekend are KEEN walkers.

I'm aching and feeling stiff already but we're off out for a slap-up pub meal to end the day and I'm sure a couple of glasses of wine will help ease the pain.

This was taken from a bus stop in St Ives (we travelled to Pendeen by bus along what must be the best road in Cornwall).

The grey is back but some glimmers of sunshine too through the mist, which made for a really atmospheric walk.
