Wedding at Glastonbury - Stuart and Emma get hitch

A wonderful day today - my friends Stuart and Emma got married in Shepton Mallet - a couple of miles away from Glastonbury Festival. We got the bus down to Shepton Mallet and the lovely bus driver finished his route and then took us the extra way to the registry office - a VIP bus journey. We changed in the loos in the car park, muddy boots thrown into the hedge until after the ceremony.
We nipped into Tescos bought some champas, a cake, flowers and confetti Tesco.
Then to get married. The bride and groom walked into a Pendulum track (it was that or here comesnthe bride). I was one of the witnesses alongside the best man. The service was
Short but very emotional. A real honour to be present.
Then back to the festival in a taxi and for big celebrations at the stone circle. Ewa, a concert violinist played Ave Maria. Emma threw the flowers into the air, they were caught by a young festival goer who loved them. With that the sun came out at Glastonbury... an amazing day and still in progress. Bands to be seen and weddings to be celebrated. A wonderful day indeed...
