Costa del Largs

We spent the day in Ayrshire visiting my parents today.
When we noticed that the rain had gone from torrential to just heavy, we decided to take a short drive over the hill to Largs where it was actually dry and the sun was making one last stab at breaking through the clouds before it eventually went down for the day.

This shot of the Forth of Clyde was taken not too long before 9pm. I love the extra hours of daylight at this time of year (just hoping we get some summer-like weather too).
