Rainbow-ish

While driving home from the grocery store this afternoon, I spotted this unusual sight in the southern sky. I've never seen anything like this before.
Rainbow colors but not the form. It hadn't been raining, but there were a few clouds in the sky. Does anyone know what this occurance is called?

Edit here: Thanks to some links on comments below, I found out it is called a Circumhorizontal arc.
