Back on the Chain-Gang?

Thought I was going to have more time yesterday, between work & going to a friend's 50th birthday party. Somehow time evaporated without my having found an interesting subject for blippery, so I'm resorting to this chap, who was loitering in the pub garden.
Not sure about his choice of neckwear. I think it lacks the bling of Mr.T's gold, & can't be as warm as a nice woollen scarf...
I'm going back to bed. My head hurts.
