Athens

Pulled in to the city in the evening. I've never seen a city like Athens. The winding, narrow streets; marriage of alabaster white storefronts, mounds of trash, and iridescent graffiti; thimble mountains jutting out of the cityscape; and the midnight spotlights on the Acropolis. Magnificent. A short night, but the adventures too great to type with a thumb. :)
