A little on the warm side Sir?

Went to the Wartime in the Vale event at Evesham. It hit around 30 ish degress celsius (I don't do fahrenheit!).

Lots of people dressed in old rather woolly uniforms. I heard someone say that this chap hadn't moved much all day. Who could blame him. Hot hot hot!
