Hay fever Or A Cold?

I hope it's the first but suspect it may be the second.I have been out all day Took a friend to the Big Blue Box Store to return a bedside cabinet. Sneezed when I first got up. Then some respite. Started again in the candle department of said store. My nose has run ever since but..... the roof of my mouth itches which is usually a sign of my hayfever/allergy. I do hope it is as I prefer this to a cold. A desperation blip. Another turn up from the cupboard clearance.
