Coloured balls

Playing about this eveing by constructing a still-life with some plastic toy balls. We bought these for our baby son to make into his very own ball-pit, only to realise they are not as sturdy as the balls you find at commercial soft-plays. One stomp from a foot and these are permanently crumpled.

There you go. A treatise on the mechanical strength & elasticity of coloured plastic spheres. Parents have way too much to worry about...
