My son was over the other night and as we were having something to eat, he pointed over to the counter and said, "Nice haircut!"

I said, "Huh?"

He said, "The onion... nice haircut!"

Hah!

I bought this rather large onion a couple of months ago with the intention of making some onion rings, but never got around to it. I've been watching the thing grow, but haven't bothered to toss it just yet.

It came in very handy as a blip-able subject today.
