Poplar Lane

There are no Poplar trees on Poplar Lane.

Went to work at an office that I used to work in full time today. Before I started working for myself. It was a bit like old times, several former colleagues (who no longer work for the company) and those who do all meeting up. It was great. Shame the company is so messed up that they don't realise what a good crew they used to have.

Barking and I timed our evening kayak just right. We got back and stowed the gear just as the threatening storm arrived, complete with thunder, lightning and heavy rain. We don't get many thunder storms in Christchurch so it was good to watch the lightining from the shelter of the house.
